TERMS OF SALE – VOUCHER CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms of Sale apply to any voucher you purchase from MeTimeDeal, acting in the name and on behalf of the participating creative studio or workshop provider (the “Studio”).
1.2 MeTimeDeal refers to KostasKaragkDesign., a company incorporated and operating under Dutch law, registered at:

1.3 A “Voucher” means any instrument, whether physical or electronic, that allows the voucher holder (“Voucher Holder”) to obtain the Studio’s goods and/or services (“Studio Offer”) within the validity period stated on the Voucher (“Validity Period”).
1.4 The “Studio Offer” refers to the workshop, service, or experience supplied and/or made available by the Studio to the Voucher Holder, as described on the MeTimeDeal website and on the Voucher.
1.5 Studios are independent third-party providers not affiliated with MeTimeDeal.
The Studio:
MeTimeDeal does not provide, sell, or deliver the Studio Offer.
When you redeem a Voucher, the agreement for the delivery of the Studio Offer is formed between you and the Studio, with MeTimeDeal acting solely as the Studio’s agent.
1.6 MeTimeDeal reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted online.
You are bound only by the version in effect at the time you purchased your Voucher.
2. Purchase of a Voucher
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Voucher. You must also create an account on MeTimeDeal.nl before completing a purchase.
2.2 By clicking “Complete Order,” you submit an offer to MeTimeDeal, acting on behalf of the Studio, to purchase a Voucher.
A Voucher purchase is only complete once you receive an email from MeTimeDeal confirming acceptance of your offer.
MeTimeDeal may refuse or cancel your order at any time if fraud or misuse is suspected.
3. Redeeming a Voucher
3.1 Unless stated otherwise:
(a) a Voucher can only be redeemed once;
(b) redemption must be done with the Studio, not with MeTimeDeal;
(c) the Voucher is valid for one person; and
(d) you must follow the redemption instructions provided on the Voucher.
3.2 You must redeem the Voucher within the Validity Period.
After expiration, the Voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
3.3 For deals designated as “Direct Order,” MeTimeDeal will collect your necessary details at purchase and share them with the Studio, which then processes the redemption.
3.4 Vouchers do not guarantee a specific time or date.
You should contact the Studio early to secure your preferred workshop time. Availability is solely determined by the Studio.
3.5 If you choose to receive goods or services different from the listed Studio Offer, you are not entitled to any cash refund, credit, or replacement voucher for the difference.
3.6 Vouchers must be redeemed in full.
Partial redemption is not allowed, and unused value is not refundable.
3.7 MeTimeDeal may charge reservation or processing fees on behalf of the Studio, disclosed at checkout.
3.8 If a Studio becomes unable to deliver the Studio Offer due to unforeseen circumstances, MeTimeDeal will notify you as soon as possible via email.
4. Use of a Voucher
4.1 Vouchers are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may gift a Voucher, but commercial resale or duplication is prohibited.
4.2 You are solely responsible for your Voucher.
MeTimeDeal and the Studio are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Vouchers or codes.
4.3 You must not provide false information or engage in unlawful activity when purchasing or using a Voucher.
4.4 Attempting to redeem a Voucher in violation of these Terms may result in invalidation of the Voucher at MeTimeDeal’s discretion.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Issues
5.1 You have a legal right to cancel your Voucher purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the confirmation email (“Voucher Cancellation Period”).
However, if you redeem the Voucher during this period, you request immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdrawal.
5.2 To cancel your purchase within the 14-day period, you may:
5.3 If you cancel your purchase in accordance with these Terms, MeTimeDeal (acting on behalf of the Studio) will refund all payments within 14 calendar days from the date you notified us.
5.4 If you have redeemed your Voucher but the Studio fails to provide the Studio Offer properly, you must contact the Studio directly.
If no resolution is reached, MeTimeDeal may assist in mediating the issue upon request, but is not responsible for the Studio Offer itself.
5.5 Refunds will be issued via your original payment method unless you notify MeTimeDeal otherwise.
If your payment method is no longer valid and you fail to inform us, MeTimeDeal cannot be held responsible for complications retrieving your refund.
5.6 You have 30 days after receiving your refund to dispute it.
If you do not dispute it within that time, the refund is considered a full and final settlement of all related claims.
6. Responsibility of the Studio
Please note that the Studio, not MeTimeDeal:
6.1.1 is the seller, supplier, and provider of the Studio Offer;
6.1.2 enters into the agreement with you when you redeem the Voucher;
6.1.3 is solely responsible for delivering the workshop, experience, or service.
7. MeTimeDeal’s Service Standards & Liability
7.1 As an agent of the Studio, MeTimeDeal warrants that:
(a) it exercises reasonable care and skill in providing its services;
(b) Vouchers are of satisfactory quality and suitable for their intended purpose;
(c) it performs its obligations professionally and appropriately.
7.2 MeTimeDeal is always liable for:
7.3 Other than what is stated in section 7.2, MeTimeDeal is not liable for indirect, consequential, or secondary damages.
7.4 MeTimeDeal does not guarantee the completeness, suitability, legality, or quality of the Studio Offer.
Responsibility for the workshop or service lies entirely with the Studio.
7.5 MeTimeDeal is not liable for issues caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.6 Except for liabilities described in section 7.2, MeTimeDeal’s total liability will not exceed 200% of the Voucher purchase price.
7.7 Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; if applicable, your legal rights remain unaffected.
8. MeTimeDeal Website
The MeTimeDeal website (“Website”) includes metimedeal.nl, mobile applications, electronic communications, and any platform where Vouchers are displayed or sold.
The Website is owned and operated by KostasKaragkDesign.
