Each voucher is valid for a specific workshop, date, and time selected at the moment of purchase.
Once purchased, your booking is confirmed for that session.
No. All bookings are final because they are tied to a specific date and time.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these types of bookings.
If a studio makes an exception, that is at their discretion.
If you do not attend your booked workshop, the voucher is considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
If a studio cancels a workshop, you will be offered either:
- a new date, or
- a refund
We will always work with the studio to ensure a fair solution.
All workshops are hosted by independent third-party studios.
MeTimeDeal is a booking platform and does not deliver the workshops itself.

- the quality of the workshop
- safety and instruction
- the overall experience
Yes. We work with selected studios that offer high-quality workshops and experiences. However, each studio operates independently and is responsible for its own service delivery.

In most cases, vouchers are transferable unless the studio specifies otherwise. Please check the workshop details or contact us to confirm.
After payment, your voucher will be sent to your email and/or available in your account immediately.
