Studio Partnerships

MeTimeDeal partners with independent studios to offer workshops and experiences.

1. Independent Studios

All workshops listed on MeTimeDeal are provided by independent third-party studios.
When you purchase a voucher, you enter into a direct agreement with the Studio delivering the activity.

2. Booking & Vouchers

• Each voucher is valid only for the specific workshop, date, and time selected at purchase
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where required by law
• Studios are responsible for honoring all valid vouchers

3. Studio Responsibilities

Studios are solely responsible for:

• delivering the workshop as described
• ensuring safety and proper instruction
• managing schedules and availability

4. Cancellations by Studios

If a Studio cancels a workshop, you will be offered:

• an alternative date, or
• a refund

5. Role of MeTimeDeal

MeTimeDeal acts as a platform that facilitates bookings and payments.

We are not responsible for:

• the quality or delivery of workshops
• actions or omissions of Studios

However, we may assist in resolving issues where needed.
