TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by MeTimeDeal. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MeTimeDeal. MeTimeDeal provides an online platform that allows users to purchase vouchers for workshops and experiences offered by independent third-party studios (“Studios”).

By visiting our site and/or purchasing a voucher, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

SECTION 1 – NATURE OF THE SERVICE

MeTimeDeal acts solely as an intermediary platform between you and the Studio.

• The contract for the workshop is between you and the Studio, not MeTimeDeal.
• The Studio is solely responsible for delivering the workshop, including its quality, safety, and execution.
• MeTimeDeal is responsible only for providing the platform and issuing vouchers.

SECTION 2 – VOUCHERS & WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

2.1 Vouchers are issued for a specific workshop date and time selected at the moment of purchase.

2.2 As the Voucher relates to a leisure activity with a specific date and time, the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under EU consumer law does not apply, in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

2.3 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• the Voucher is valid only for the selected date and time, and
• you do not have the right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once it has been confirmed.

2.4 If, in exceptional cases, the right of withdrawal would apply (for example, if no specific date and time has been selected), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving confirmation, without giving any reason.

2.5 If the Studio cancels or is unable to provide the workshop, you will be offered either:

• an alternative date, or
• a refund of the purchase price.

SECTION 3 – WORKSHOPS & STUDIOS

• Studios determine availability, content, and delivery of workshops.
• MeTimeDeal does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any workshop.
• Any issues regarding the workshop must first be addressed directly with the Studio.

If no resolution is reached, MeTimeDeal may assist in facilitating communication, but does not assume responsibility for the Studio’s performance.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that all information on the website is accurate. However:

• Workshop descriptions, images, and details are provided by Studios
• We do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date

You rely on such information at your own risk.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & AVAILABILITY

• Prices are subject to change at any time
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any offer without notice
• We may cancel orders in case of errors (e.g. incorrect pricing or availability)

SECTION 6 – PAYMENTS

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

• Fraud is suspected
• Payment cannot be processed
• Incorrect information is provided

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIPS

Workshops are provided by independent Studios.

MeTimeDeal:

• Is not a party to the workshop agreement
• Is not responsible for Studio actions, omissions, or failures
• Does not control Studio operations

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That workshop experiences will meet your expectations

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, including:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Subject to the above:

• MeTimeDeal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• MeTimeDeal is not liable for the performance, quality, or delivery of any workshop
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the voucher in question

SECTION 10 – USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the operation of the website

We may terminate access for violations.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

SECTION 14 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
